Kids for Life wins Patronage Award
Recently Kids for Life was invited to attend the Aspect Recognition Awards in which we were honoured to receive the Patronage Award. This award recognises an individual, a group of individuals or an organisation that has provided Aspect with outstanding patronage or philanthropic support. We were nominated after our $150,000 donation to build the Kids for Life Sensory Room in Terrigal in 2008.
The event was held at the Bonham and Goodman Gallery where some of the outstanding artwork and photography by their past and present students living with Autism was on display.
As you can imagine we were very honoured, and although Kids for Life is not working to achieve recognition, it certainly helps to motivate us and remind us that we are on the right track to helping children and families in need and making a difference to their futures.
Thank you to the committee for their hard work and thank you to all of our supporters who continually believe in us.
