New partnership with online shopping site - 4Lifebrands

4Life Brands is a direct marketing company set up to work with organisations that play an integral part in the day to day education, health and well being of our community.  Their aim is to work closely with these organisations to help them raise funds through joint marketing programs that will allow them to continue serve the community.

Accru Felsers Melbourne Cup Lunch
Thank you to Accru Felsers who sponsored Kids for Life at their annual Melbourne Cup Lunch, attracting 130 guests. A spectacular day was had by all with Accru staff running sweeps, a Calcutta and a Fashion on the Fields competition. Kate Dixon, President of Kids for Life, gave a moving presentation detailing our history as well as promoting our current initiatives and projects.

The day was a huge success raising $5,000 for our causes. Moreover, we got the opportuntiy to raise the awareness of our charity and our aim for happier, healthier kids throughout Australia. Thanks Accru Felser.

Vivid Financial hosts a crab race
One of our most loyal sponsors, Vivid Financial, raised $900 on their annual fishing trip in Darwin for Kids for Life. Along with their clients they hosted Hermit Crab races. There were 14 crabs and only 13 clients, so number 14 became the Kids For Life crab. The little fella "was doin it for the kids" and won several races raising us much needed funds.

Urbis supports Kids for Life at Christmas
As is the tradition at Urbis, a professional services firm focused on solving the issues generated by our complex city environments, every Christmas donations are made to charities. Staff in each state nominated their charity of choice and in NSW Kids for Life was chosen. "By brightening the lives of sick and under priviledged children, it will bright our city environments."
